Hello everyone~
Well, another show season has come to a close. Congratulations goes out to our Year-End Champions. It's unfortunate that there can only be one winner, as I believe all of the riders did a great job & should be proud of their accomplishments this season.
I would like to thank each and everyone one of you who participated in our shows this year. We are fortunate to have such a great group of people and it is truly a pleasure to host the show every month.
To all of our riders, thank you for being so loyal to our shows. To those parents and trainers who arrive before dawn looking like pack mules with tack trunks & buckets, who spend the day wiping boots and encouraging their riders...thank you!
To all of our volunteers, those who keep order in the parking lots, change jumps between classes, pass out ribbons & run dressage tests...thank you! To our announcer, in-gate & those who help with the lesson students..thank you! Without this wonderful bunch of volunteers the shows would not be run nearly as smooth.
Final year-end points standings have been posted, along with August show results. While the HJDA show season may have come to a close, the Halloween Fun Show is still to come on October 24th. For those of you who have never been to the Halloween show, you are missing out on great day. We run the regular hunter/jumper classes however the fun classes are the highlight of the day. Dangling Donuts, the Spooky Trail class and of course The Great Costume Class, are just tons of fun. If you have an idea for a fun class, drop me an email...we're always open to suggestions.
