GENERAL CLASS &
SHOW INFORMATION

Please enter a consistent level i.e. Advanced over
Fences & Advanced on the Flat not Beginner O/F and Adv OTF
Walk/Trot Riders may not enter any other class besides Class
11-12. Dressage Classes 26-29 are permitted.
CLASS 11 and 12 MAY NOT enter any other jumping classes.
Awards: 1st through 6th place ribbons are awarded
in each class at each show unless otherwise noted. Classes may
be combined or split according to the number of entries. Any errors must be brought to the secretarys attention the day of show
Age Divisions: Adult-18 & Over; Junior-17 & Under; Short
Stirrup 6-10 years old (as of Jan 1st of show season)
Year End Awards: In order to
qualify, the same horse/rider combination must participate in 3 of 4 HJDA shows
and must compete in the Sept show to receive their awards. No prizes will be mailed. Horse
must have the same show name for the entire season in order for points to be properly credited. Please visit our website for a list of
Year End Divisions.
Dressage:
Every consideration is made when scheduling ride times to avoid conflict
between hunt & dressage classes. In the event of a conflict, Dressage Arena
will take precedence & Hunt Arena will be held
until the test is ridden. Please do not
request ride times as they are assigned based on show
size & number of entries. No copies of tests will be
provided to exhibitors. Classes follow all current 2007 USEF/USDF Test,
Rules & Standards. Test of Choice may be entered
up to 4 times per show with the same horse/rider combo. Each ride must be a
different test and follow USDF rules regarding showing consecutive levels.

Schooling Times: Schooling available in dressage & jump arenas day before the show
ONLY starting at
Stabling:
Stalls are $35 with 1st bedding provided.
Due to limited stalling, no tack stalls are available. Please specify on entry
if stall is needed overnight/day of show & barn name (if applicable) or
stabled next to preference.
STALL & OFFICE FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Trailer/Hauling In: Trailer parking is available in the large pasture area at the very back
of the grounds beyond the arenas. There is to be no parking of trailers in the
parking lot or next to the arenas. If you have any questions, please ask the
parking attendant at the entrance. We
ask that you arrive no earlier than
Fees: All
fees MUST accompany entry form or it will not be accepted
Closing Date/Post Entry/Late Fees: All entries must be received
by
Refunds: Refunds
on class fees will only be granted prior
to closing date. Refunds on class fees only will be granted
after closing date with a veterinary certificate and proper notification to the
show secretary.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON STALL OR
OFFICE/CLEAN UP FEES
All dogs must be leashed. A
parent, trainer or other adult must accompany minor children (under the age of 16).
